My mom recommended me to this salon and it was TERRIBLE. 2 days before grad and I was excited to get my nails done cause of the harsh week I had, asked for this, and got that.. After I went back home and complained ( literally in tears ), while calling on the phone and they said they would fix them tomorrow. The next day, I came in at the time they told me and they told me to leave and WAIT ANOTHER HOUR. I was so UPSET.. I’m glad they kinda did my nails how I wanted them, but my nail broke off the way they glue them, not even with the acrylic on-top, never had that happen before btw, at any other place I’ve been at. NOT TO MENTION, the lady filing my nails made them BLEED. I was closing my eyes due to the pain and another lady at the salon had to take over for me.. PLEASE, THIS PLACE SUCKS.. 0 stars if possible.

Vivian is the best, she always gives me the cutest designs and ideas! She really takes pride in her work and she always does an amazing job. Highly recommend booking with her!

My mom and sister and I got pedicures for birthdays. We’re all happy with our toes. I had Vivian and she’s done lovely designs on my toes before. She’s got great suggestions and I’m happy with the job she does! Thank you Lele’s nails!

Went here for my nails with SIL& daughter. We did nails and toes. Immediately as I sat down, Vivian started hounding me about having my toes done. Trying to, selling me on price and telling me I would get a good deal. So I trusted her. My nails are chipping 3 days after manicure, black in my nail? , my toe nails are hurting me, not sure if she used a bad tool or a brand new materials on my feet to sand down previous nail polish. I do NOT recommend LELES nails. 1st and last time I'll ever go and also lost a 15 year client to this. Spent over $300 here and I regret it.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went in today with my sister for pedicures and requested a French tip. From the beginning, my experience with Vivian was uncomfortable. While filing my nails with the e file, my skin felt like it was burning and becoming raw. She then insisted on adding acrylic, which was applied unevenly and looked messy. Throughout the service, she repeatedly filed not just my nails but also my surrounding skin, cutting me multiple times to the point where I was bleeding. Despite this, she continued to tell me everything looked good. I’m not someone who likes confrontation, so I didn’t say anything in the moment, but I left in pain with visibly damaged skin. After leaving, I called to explain that my feet were cut up, painful, and poorly done. I was offered a free fix, but I declined as I didn’t feel comfortable returning given the condition of my skin. I instead requested a partial refund, as I paid $120 for a service that caused injury. This request was refused, and I was told my only option was to come back in. Overall, I’m very disappointed. Paying $120 for a service that left me in pain and with multiple cuts is unacceptable, and I will not be returning.
